Order Modifications:
Once an order is confirmed (24 hours after purchase), it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to return a product, please refer to our return policy on our website.
Non-receipt of Order:
If you have placed an order but did not receive it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, please first contact the carrier to locate your parcel. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@dawnridges.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
If you selected the shipping insurance option at checkout, we will cover the additional costs in the event of non-receipt of the package.
Damaged Orders:
If you receive a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please send a photo and video of the damage to contact@dawnridges.com to initiate the return process.
RETURNS
If your product is unused and undamaged, you can return it within 30 days without having to provide a reason. Contact us with your email address or order number via the contact options on the Contact Us page to initiate a refund. Return conditions may vary by country, so please indicate your country of residence when making your request.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the steps to follow for the return. All returns must be sent to our return center in United kingdom . Make sure to mark the package as "return" to avoid additional customs fees.
